At Dolan Scrubs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your professional wear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your scrubs in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
